Project Description:

My design team and I were approached by Babylone CEO and Founder to use financial landscaping and forecasting tools to determine how the business could leverage their current operational and technological assets to expand their current product offering and refine their current product offering, all with the goal of assisting the start up SAAS agency to not simply break even, but to generate sustainable profit margins for the first time since their inception.

Challenge:

To create and communicate with verbal, written and visual accuracy and conviction why our strategy would be suitable to business goals in an environment that is saturated with emerging competitors and much of their clientele entirely changing their business models and budgeting. Framing why our strategy was the most compelling to develop out their product offer to their ideal customers in addition to helping the client identify who their emerging market is and how to best target them.

Outcome:

Two Months after our initial presentation and pitch, the company was able to secure two high ticket, long term clients helping them to dissolve debt, expand their operations and begin building out our proposed new product solutions.
